摘要
阐述了流场优化对SCR脱硝系统的影响,对流场优化的关键技术进行了分析。并通过ANSYS系列软件对某2×600 MW机组整个烟气脱硝系统进行数值模拟,对省煤器出口到空预器的烟道系统、均流格栅、导流板、喷氨格栅、催化剂等装置进行了优化设计。
In this paper,the influence of flow field optimization on the SCR denitrification system is described and the key technology of flow field optimization is analyzed.Numerical simulation of the whole flue gas denitrification system of a 2 x600 MW unit is carried out with ANSYS series software,and optimization design is conducted for devices such as the flue system,flow-equalization grid,flow guide,ammonia injection grid and catalyst between the exit of economizer and air preheater.
