摘要
随着高职教育的不断发展,越来越多的高职院校重视学生的自主管理工作,但大多数学校自主管理教育并没有和大学生学习、生活的阶段性特征紧密结合,而是把整体学生及其发展作为教育对象,忽略了学生在不同阶段的不同心理特征。笔者立足学者魏国良研究的自主管理发展的3个层次,提出高职生在不同阶段采取不同的培养方式,以期在学校自主管理中起到事半功倍的效果。
With the continuous development, more and more higher vocational colleges pay attention tothe student's self-management. However, most of them have not integrated the self-management educationwith the stage characteristics of college students' learning and life closely. They regard the whole developmentof students and the whole students as the object of education and ignore the different psychological characteris-tics at different stages. The author, on the basis of three levels of the self-management development studied bythe scholar Wei Guoliang, puts forward different training methods in different stages in order to achieve remark-able results in self-management of the school.
