摘要
针对传统模切机在运动过程中稳定性有待提高的问题,提出了一种新型凸轮机构驱动动平台。为了解决动平台在上升过程中呈现"倾斜式上升、倾斜式下降"的问题,驱动机构中采用了凸轮驱动方案来取代传统的曲轴驱动方案;另外,为了减少动平台的附加载荷,避免对主机模切单元的其他主要零部件带来附加的振动问题,凸轮机构的上下肘杆尺寸还参照了成熟机型的尺寸参数。Matlab仿真结果表明,凸轮机构驱动方案的动平台使得主机模切单元的运动性能有了一定程度的改善,也适当的延长了模切的保压时间。
Aiming at the problem that the stability of traditional die cutting machine needs to be improved in motion,a new type of cam driven platform is proposed. In order to solve the problem of"inclined upward and tilted descent"of the moving platform in the process of rising,the cam drive scheme is adopted to replace the traditional crankshaft driving scheme in the driving mechanism. In addition,in order to reduce the additional force of the moving platform,the additional vibration of the main parts of the main engine die cutting unit is avoided. The size of the upper and lower toggle rods of the cam mechanism is also referenced to the size parameters of the mature machine. The simulation results of Matlab show that the moving platform driven by the cam mechanism makes the motion performance of the mainframe die cutting unit improved to a certain extent,and can also prolong the pressing time of the die cutting.
