The 24-character socialist core values profoundly conclude and fully affirm the dominant position and guiding function of the socialist core value system in socialist cultural construction. The core values of socialism are applied into the cultural construction system of colleges and universities,which not only promote the development of campus culture but also ensure that the talents trained at colleges and in universities can make relevant contributions to the development of Chinese socialism.This paper summarizes six effective ways from the perspective of the relationship and significance of the socialist core values and the campus culture construction,and makes sure how colleges and universities can lead campus culture construction with socialist core values by effective methods and means.
