摘要
液罐车运输液态货物具有方便、快捷、安全等优势,目前已被越来越多的企业所使用,当其所装运的液体为危化品时,车辆的安全性就显得尤为突出。以多轴液罐车为研究对象,应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件MSC.Adams建立液罐车的多体系统动力学模型,在车辆的XYZ三方向施加激励,即从紧急制动、蛇形试验、越野道路行驶安全性进行分析。分析结果显示该车制动性能良好,符合法规要求,在越野道路行驶时,需对液罐车在垂向方向和侧向方向进行隔振和加固,在蛇形试验中液体的侧向冲击对操纵稳定性影响很大。分析的结果可用于行驶安全教育,并可对液罐结构强度校核提供计算依据。
the tank truck has the advantages of convenience, speed and safety in transporting liquid goods, and has become a special purpose vehicle used by more and more enterprises.The safety of the vehicle is especially prominent when it is loaded with hazardous chemicals.With multi-axis tank truck as the research object,this paper applied mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software MSC. Adams to establish multi-body system dynamics model of tank truck. Insert three incentive to vehicle in the direction of the XYZ, and emergency braking, serpentine test, off-road safety is analyzed. The analysis results show that the vehicle braking performance is good, conforming to the regulations. The vertical and side direction of the off-road driving require vibration isolation and reinforcement of the tank truck. In the serpentine test, the lateral impact of the liquid has a great influence on the control stability. The results of the analysis can be used to the education of driving safety and the calculation of tank structure strength check.
