摘要
针对消防车不锈钢水箱渗漏原因进行了分析,从水箱结构设计、板材下料、焊接工艺、内部防腐等方面进行现状调查及试验,提出了消防车不锈钢水箱结构设计优化、板材下料方式改进、焊接工艺优化、内部防腐等措施,通过跟踪证明改进效果良好。
In order to solve the leakage problem, an investigation was carried out on the current situation of water tank structure design, steel sheet blanking, welding process and internal corrosion protection. Basing on our experiments, improvement measures were put forward in tank structure optimization, steel sheet blanking, welding process optimization and internal corrosion protection area. Through tracking and verification of the improvement measures, the leakage problem was effectively solved.
