A Meta-analysis on the Effects of Core Strength Training

摘要 系统评价核心力量训练的效果,为合理选择核心力量训练模式提供依据。方法:以"核心力量训练""核心稳定性训练""核心力量""功能性力量训练""悬吊训练""核心区训练""振动训练""悬吊训练""瑞士球训练""非稳定支撑面练习"等为关键词检索中国知网(CNKI)、Pub Med、Elsevier Science、Wiley Online Library等数据库中2000—2017年的全部文献,并进行文献追踪,还采取手工检索等方法,获取所有涉及核心力量训练干预的随机对照试验,评价其方法学质量,从中提取反映核心力量训练效果的指标及详细数据。筛选后共纳入研究文献34篇(其中中文文献8篇,外文文献26篇),文献评估高分研究文献5篇,低分研究文献29篇。采用Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果:合并效应值后,核心力量训练对于星形偏移指标测试中的前侧、内后、外后、内侧及外侧具有显著的提升作用(P<0.05),而对后侧、外前侧测试成绩的影响不太明显(P>0.05);对CMJ跳高度、30 m冲刺时间、纵跳高度、COP测试和背伸测试测试均具有显著的提升作用(P<0.05)。结论:核心力量训练在提高核心稳定性和核心力量能力方面具有重要的价值,可以作为传统体能训练的补充,应用于核心区肌肉力量和稳定性的训练中。 To systematically evaluate the effect of core strength training, and to provide the basis for the reasonable choice of core strength training mode. Methods: Taking the core strength training, core stability training, core strength, functional strength training, suspension training, core area training, vibration training, suspension training, “Swiss Ball Training”,“Unsteady Support Surface Practice” as keywords retrieval CNKI, PubMed, Elsevier Science, Wiley Online Library and other databases between 2000 and 2017 with literature tracking, manual retrieval and other methods to obtain all the related core strength training interventions randomized controlled trials, this research sets to assess the quality of its methodology, from which to extract indicators reflecting the core strength of the training and detailed data. After selection, 34 research articles (including 8 Chinese and 26 foreign literature) were included in the literature, 5 high-quality literature and 29 low-quality literature were evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.3. The results showed that the core strength training had a significant enhancement on anterior, medial, posterior, medial and lateral astromics ( P〈0.05), while on the posterior, ( P〉0.05). The CMJ jump height, 30M sprint time, vertical jump height, COP test and back extension test were all significantly improved (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Core strength training is of great value in improving the indicators of core stability and core strength. It can be used as a supplement of traditional physical training in the training of muscle strength and stability in the core area.
