不同基质对棕榈容器苗生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以泥炭、腐殖土、棕丝粉和锯木屑为基料,采用4因素3水平正交试验设计,以腐殖土和黄心土(1∶1)为对照,进行棕榈容器育苗试验,测定了不同处理2年生棕榈苗的生长和生理指标,采用隶属函数法进行不同基质配方育苗质量的评价,以筛选出适宜棕榈幼苗栽培的基质配比。结果表明:不同基质配方对棕榈容器苗除叶片数以外的指标影响均达到显著水平,地径、生物量、可溶性糖含量及叶绿素含量等指标均高于对照。根据综合筛选结果发现腐殖质:泥炭:棕丝粉:锯木屑按1/2∶1∶2∶1/3配比的基质培育棕榈苗的综合质量最好,为培育棕榈容器苗的最佳基质。 Effect of different substrate formula on growth and physiological characteristics of container seedlings of Trachycarpus fortunei was studied. The study used peat,humus soil,Trachycarpus fortunei fiber powder and sawdust as substrates,yellow soil and humus soil( 1∶ 1) as control and orthogonal design L_9( 3~4) as method. Morphological and physiological characteristics of two-year seedlings in different substrates were investigated in order to screen optimum substrate formula for T. fortunei seedling cultivation by membership function method. The results showed that,apart from the number of leaves,the effect of different substrates on growth and physiological indicators reached a significant level and ground diameter,biomass,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of seedlings were all significantly higher than those of control. According to the comprehensive screening results,the substrate formula of humus: peat: T. fortunei fiber powder: sawdust= 1/2∶ 1∶ 2∶ 1/3 is the best for the cultivation of the T. fortunei container seedlings.
