AM真菌对镉胁迫下韭菜幼苗生理抗性的影响

摘要 采用土培法,研究AM真菌对不同镉浓度胁迫下韭菜幼苗生理抗性的影响。结果表明:无菌处理时,不同浓度(50、100、150、200、250、300 mg/kg)镉胁迫下过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量呈现上升的规律,但丙二醛(MDA)的含量呈先升后降的规律;当接AM真菌处理时,不同浓度镉胁迫SOD活性、POD活性和CAT活性总体高于无菌处理时的活性,但Pro含量和MDA含量低于无菌处理时的活性。就供试材料而言,AM真菌能缓解一定范围内的镉胁迫对韭菜幼苗的伤害作用,可以为重金属污染植物复合修复提供一定的依据。 Effect of AM fungi Arbuscular mycorrhizal,on the physiological resistant characters of Allium tuberosum seedlings under different cadmium concentrations was studied using soil culture method. The results showed that,without AM fungi,the activity of CAT,POD,SOD and the content of Pro increased following the increasing concentrations( 50,50,100,150,200,250,200 mg/kg) of cadmium stresses,but the MDA content increased first and then decreased. When treated with AM fungi and also under different concentrations of cadmium stress,the total activity of SOD,POD and CAT was higher than that of without AM fungi,however,Pro content and MDA content are lower than that of without AM fungi. To the germplasms,AM fungi can alleviate Allium tuberosum seedlings damage by cadmium stress,which can provide a certain theoretical basis for repairing plant under heavy metal pollution.
