城市型、应用型大学与“一流建设”探析

一流既是一种保持领先地位的比较状态,也是一种崇尚卓越的价值追求。"一流建设"是现代大学的内生逻辑,也是推动高等教育内涵式发展的必由之路。城市型、应用型大学属于应用型大学范畴,是"一流建设"逻辑在高校应用型发展模式探索中的科学实践。城市型、应用型大学实施"一流建设"发展战略,必须坚持"一流建设"精神,完善办学定位和发展目标;必须坚持学科和专业突破,带动整体发展;必须坚持与时俱进,动态调整"一流建设"发展目标;必须坚持深化综合改革,完善保障和推进"一流建设"的体制机制。

First-class is not only a comparative state of maintaining a leading position,but also a pursuit of value that advocates excellence. ＂First-class construction＂is the endogenous logic of modern universities and the only way to promote the connotative development of higher education. City-based,application-oriented universities belong to the category of application-oriented universities,which is a scientific practice of universities in the exploration of application-oriented development mode. In implementing the ＂first-class construction＂development strategy,city-based,application-oriented universities should improve its orientation and development goals with the ＂first-class construction ＂ spirit, promote overall development with the breakthrough of discipline and professional,adjust the development goals of the ＂first-class construction ＂dynamically with the change of the time,and improve the system and mechanism for ensuring and promoting ＂first-class construction ＂ with comprehensive reforms.
