农合机构深化改革问题探析——基于吉林省的调研与思考

An Analysis of the Deepen Reform of Rural Cooperative Institutions in Underdeveloped Areas——Research and Thinking Based on Jilin Province

为进一步推动农合机构的可持续发展,分析总结2003年农信社改革至今的成效进展,提出针对欠发达地区农合机构新一轮深化改革的相关建议,本文以吉林省农合机构为例。通过对吉林省农信法人机构、监管部门以及相关政府部门的调研,获知吉林省农合机构的产权制度改革情况以及业务发展情况,探析吉林省农合机构发展面临的困难及挑战,并有针对性地提出相关建议。

In order to further promote the sustainable development of rural cooperative agencies, we analyzed and summarized the progress made since the reform of rural credit cooperatives in 2003, and proposed relevant proposals for a new round of deepening reforms in rural cooperative institutions in underdeveloped regions. This paper takes the Jilin Provincial Agricultural Cooperative Agency as example. Through the investigation of Jilin Provincial Agricultural Credit Co., Ltd., regulatory agencies, and relevant government departments, we learned about the reform of the property rights system and business development of rural cooperative agencies in Jilin Province, and analyzed the difficulties and challenges facing the development of rural cooperative agencies in Jilin Province.
