摘要
论述了电动清扫车的清扫执行机构动作特点以及电气系统控制方案。结合电动清扫车电气控制系统实例,阐述了多电机系统用PLC为控制核心的硬件设计方法,以及采用基于MODBUS协议的RS485通讯对数字量模块进行控制的参数设置方法和程序设计方法。该控制系统简化了电动清扫车电气系统的布线,提高了线路的抗干扰能力。
The actuator movement characteristics of the electric sweeper cleaning action and the scheme of electrical control system were discussed. Electric sweeper electric control system was taken as an example,the hardware design method of the multiple motor system with PLC as the control core was stated in a detailed way,and the method of protocol digital module to control parameter setting and program design system was adopted based on RS485 communication of MODBUS. This system simplifies the electric sweeper′s wiring of electric system,and improves the anti-interference ability of the circuit system.
