摘要 考虑到齿轮箱的故障率会随着维修次数的增加而上升,引入基于役龄回退因子和故障率递增因子的混合式故障率演化模型描述预防性维修前后齿轮箱各部件的性能变化情况.分析齿轮箱的成本构成和可靠度要求,以维修成本最小为目标,建立地铁车齿轮箱的维修周期优化模型.运用基本遗传算法求解,结果表明该优化模型能够有效延长地铁车齿轮箱的维修周期以及减少维修成本,且最大成本节约率可达19.04%,为结合可靠性、经济性确定地铁车齿轮箱的最佳维修周期提供了一定的指导意义. Rational optimization of the preventive maintenance cycle of subway gearbox is one of the important conditions to ensure the economical and reliable operation of the vehicle. Considering that the failure rate of the gearbox will be increased with the increase of maintenance times,a hybrid failure rate evolution model based on service age regression factor and failure rate increasing factor is introduced to describe the performance of the gearbox parts before and after preventive maintenance. Maintenance cost and reliability of the gearbox are analyzed to establish maintenance cycle optimization model with the goal of minimizing maintenance cost. Results obtained by basic genetic algorithm show that the optimization model can effectively extend the maintenance cycle of the gearbox and reduce maintenance cost,and the maximum cost saving rate can reach19. 04%,which provides some guidance for the determination of the optimal maintenance cycle of the subway gearbox.
