摘要
基于轨道交通行业技术的快速进步及市场需求,轨道交通车辆的集成化、智能化水平显著提高,其安全与否将直接关系到人民生命和财产安全.因此客观上要求建立轨道交通车辆的安全性评价体系,在轨道车辆全生命周期过程中对其安全性进行评价,确保轨道交通车辆安全可靠性运营.研究了轨道交通车辆的安全性评价体系构架,结合行业标准中对于安全性工作开展的要求,对全生命周期安全评价阶段、行业内安全性相关标准、轨道交通车辆安全相关系统、安全性分析方法以及安全评价要素这五个维度进行了深入分析,初步建立了轨道交通车辆的安全性评价体系,针对轨道交通车辆外门系统进行了安全性分析与评价,为深入开展轨道交通车辆的安全性评价提供了体系化方法与案例支持.
Based on rapid progress of rail transportation technology and market demand,the integration and intelligent level of rail transit vehicles is significantly improved. The safety of rail transit vehicles will be directly related to the people lives and property safety. A safety assessment system of the rail transit vehicle is established,and its safety is evaluated during the whole life cycle of the rail vehicle to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the rail transit vehicle. The five dimensions of the life cycle are analyzed,such as,safety assessment stage,the safety related standard in the industry,related system of the rail transit vehicle,the safety analysis methods and the safety evaluation factors in combination with the requirements of the industry standard for safety works. The safety assessment system of the rail transit vehicle is initially established,and the outer gate subsystem is taken as an example for safety analysis and evaluation,which lays the foundation for the detailed safety assessment of rail transit vehicles in the further application.
