摘要
介绍了一种高分子弹性体与多组楔形机构串联组合的新型缓冲器的设计原理,并应用有限元方法对该种新型缓冲器分别采用一组和二组楔形机构的条件下进行静压试验仿真.通过研究得出该新型缓冲器在保持原组合缓冲器优点的基础上,能有效的提高缓冲器的能量吸收率,为新型多组金属摩擦元件串联组合缓冲器的研发提供有价值的参考.
A new type of draft gear series assembled by high polymer elastic element and multigroup metal rubbing elements is introduced,and the press test simulation of the draft gear is conducted using by finite element method. The result of the simulation shows that the new type draft gear enhances the energy absorbing ratio effectively,while keeping the advantages of former assembly draft gear,which offers valuable reference and guide are offered by the paper.
