摘要
为解决青少年脊柱侧弯问题,简化矫形器设计过程和制作周期,以某一脊柱侧弯患者为例改进矫形器设计方法,采用三维人体扫描系统对其数据采集,运用逆向工程方法,基于该患者的体廓点云数据,构建了人体胸腰段的三维模型;依据三点受力原理,数字化设计了脊柱侧弯矫形器,并对其进行虚拟装配;装配结果表明,矫形器与患者体廓吻合度良好;该方法为矫形器数字化制造提供了理论依据及技术支持.
In order to solve the problem of adolescent scoliosis and simplify the design process and production cycle orthosis,a scoliosis patients with improved orthosis design method is employed using 3 D scanning system for the data collection,and the reverse engineering method,a 3D model of human thoracolumbar spine of the patient body contour point cloud data is established. On the basis of the three point,force principle,the digital design of scoliosis orthosis and virtual assembly of the assembly are conducted. The results show that the orthosis and patients body contour are in good agreement,and the method provides theoretical basis and technical support for digital manufacturing orthosis.
