盐酸法对棉与再生纤维素混纺织物定量分析

摘要 介绍了棉与再生纤维素纤维混纺产品的定量分析方法,即70℃甲酸-氯化锌法和30℃、36%~38%盐酸法。测试并分析了30℃、36%~38%盐酸法的最佳溶解时间并确定了棉纤维质量修正系数,同时对比了70℃甲酸-氯化锌法和30℃、36%~38%盐酸法测定棉含量的偏差。结果表明,用30℃、36%~38%盐酸法对棉与再生纤维素纤维混纺产品进行定量分析是可行的,耗时短,试验数据稳定且棉含量偏差小,适用面广,准确性较高,且避免了甲酸-氯化锌对人体的伤害。 This paper introduced the quantitative analysis method of cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended products, i.e., formic acid-zinc chloride method at 70 ℃ and 36%~38% hydrochloric acid method at 30℃. The best dissolution time was tested and analyzed, and the cotton fiber quality correction coefficient by 36%~38% hydrochloric acid at 30 ℃ was determined. At the same time, the cotton content deviation measured by formic acid-zinc chloride method at 70 ℃ and 36%~38% hydrochloric acid method at 30 ℃ was compared. The results show that the quantitative analysis of cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended products by 36%~38%hydrochloric acid method at 30 ℃ is feasible, with short time consuming, wide application, stable test data and small cotton content and high accuracy and avoid the harm of the formic acid-zinc chloride to the human body.
