总结CD-DF858浆料性能与质量指标,拟定CD-DF858浆料的浆纱配方,与传统PVA浆料进行纱线上浆及上浆纱线织造对比。结果表明,新配方的增强率、浆纱好轴率、经纱断头率、布机效率方面都比含PVA配方有较大改善,证明了CD-DF858浆料能完全取代PVA用于中、细纱天丝织物上浆。

Summing up the performance and quality index of CD-DF858 size, designing sizing formula of CDDF858 size, and comparing with traditional PVA size for yarn sizing and weaving. The results show that：The increasing rate, the high shaft rate of sizing, the warp end breakage rate and the efficiency of the cloth machine are better than that of the PVA formula. It is proved that the CD-DF858 size can completely replace the PVA for the sizing of medium and fine yarn Tencel fabrics.
