摘要 采用对位芳纶纤维与莫代尔纤维以35∶65进行混纺,开发多功能阻燃防护服面料用纱。重点阐述所采用原料的性能及纺纱流程,各工序主要工艺参数及工艺特点,纺纱工序关键技术。指出,为提高纤维的可纺性首先对纤维进行抗静电预处理;梳棉工序中通过加大道夫与剥棉罗拉速比、缩小隔距、增大圈条速比等措施使棉网结构均匀;并条工序中通过加大喇叭口径并及时清理绒布飞花,解决纤维间抱合力差的问题;细纱捻度和络筒张力应偏大掌握。 A multi-functional yarn for the flame retardant apparel fabrics is developed by blending the para-aramid fiber and modal fiber with a mixing ratio of 35 to 65. The performance of the raw materials, spinning process, the main technological parameters and characteristics of each process, and the key spinning technology are emphatically described. It is pointed out that in order to improve the spinnability, the antistatic pretreatment of the fibers should be taken first. In the carding process, the cotton net of uniform structure is produced by increasing the speed ratio of the doffer and the stripper roller and reducing the gauge of them, increasing the coiling speed ratio. In the drawing process, the problems of the poor cohesion between the fibers are solved by increasing the diameter of big pipe socket and cleaning fly waste in time. The higher twist in spinning process and the bigger winding tension in coning process are suited.
