微闪光棉锦交织双层面料生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 采用CJ 7.3 tex 100%长绒棉精梳纱和7.3 tex锦纶长丝为原料,开发微闪光效果棉锦交织双层面料,织物组织为变化几何格纹组织,详细介绍产品设计要素、产品规格参数设计、纱线准备、整经、浆纱、穿筘方式、织造工艺。针对生产过程中存在的问题给出具体改进方案,总结出一套适应该产品开发生产的成功经验。开发的面料质地轻柔、透气性好,轻薄、透明,并且形成了粗线条屈曲肌理效果纹路,具有隐约的闪光效果,达到了时尚设计要求。 The CJ 7.3 tex 100% long staple cotton combed yarn and 7.3 tex polyamide filament were used as raw materials to interweave the micro flash effect cotton and polyamide interlacing double layer fabric. The weave structure is the change geometric lattice pattern. The product design essential factors, the design of product specification parameters, the yarn preparation, the warping, the sizing, the reed-in method and weaving technology were introduced in detail. In the light of the problems existing in the production process, the concrete improvement scheme was given, and a set of adapt to the product development and production of successful experience was summed up. The developed fabric is soft, breathable, light and sheer, and forms a rough line buckling mechanism, which has a faint glitter effect and meets the requirements of fashion design.
