采种母树和育苗地海拔对大果青杄苗木播种育苗的影响

摘要 大果青杄是我国特有种,国家二级珍稀濒危植物,天然更新困难,人工繁育是恢复种群的重要手段。本文通过对大果青杄不同采种母树的种子、不同海拔的苗圃育苗实验,得出:不同母树种子以及海拔对大果青杄育苗具有相关性,树龄150年左右的母树其种子出苗率高,海拔在1 678 m的地方是苗木的适生区。 Picea neoveitchii is an endemic species and endangered plant in China. Due to difficulty of natural regeneration, artificial breeding is an important means to restore the population. In this paper, the seeds from different age of mother trees and nursery garden at different altitudes were used to nurse seedlings. It was concluded that the seeds from different mother trees and the nursery garden at different elevation were related to the seedling cultivation, seed germination percentage of mother trees(about 150 years old) was the highest and suitable area for seedlings was at altitude 1 678 m.
