在植物水势测定,尤其P—V曲线的测定绘制工作中,积累了一些经验和心得。整理总结数条经验,包括节约用气、混合气体加压、防止蒸发影响、巧用手机记录检验数据、防止误记、数据补测等,并对测定过程中发生的高压时测样漏气现象进行了分析,最后总结数条心得。

The author has accumulated some experience in the measurement of plant water potential, especially pressure-volume curve. For example, save gas, pressurize gas mixture, prevent evaporation, use mobile phone to record test data, prevent errors, data retest, etc, and analyzed the phenomenon of sample leakage in the process of measurement.
