摘要
文章对高校图书馆勤工助学学生管理的现状进行分析,依据阿马蒂亚·森贫困理论,探讨了利用高校图书馆提升勤工助学学生能力的具体措施,为高校图书馆勤工助学岗位的学生管理提供了新思路。
In this paper, the management situation of the students under the word-study program of university library is analyzed, based on Amartya Sen＇s Theory, the specific measures to improve the ability of the work-study students with the help of university library are discussed, which provides a new idea for the management of the work-study students in university library
