摘要
目前农产品经营企业电子商务运营中存在的新客户开发难、供需脱节、物流配送环节成本偏高、生鲜农产品的品质保障难、缺乏对种养大户的有效管理经验、网络客服经验不足等问题,导致顾客人数增长缓慢、顾客网购体验差、顾客流失率高等一系列问题。文章以柳州市"优农联盟"微商城运作模式为例,探讨柳州农产品电商的发展途径。
The problems of new customer development, disjunction of supply and demand, high cost of logistics and distribution link, difficult quality guarantee of fresh agricultural products, lack of effective management experience in agricultural e-business enterprise and lack of experience of network customer service, lead to a series of problems such as the slow growth of the number of customers, poor experience of customers' online shopping and so on. Taking the operation mode of Liuzhou's “Excellent Farmer Alliance” micro mall as an example, this paper discusses the development path of Liuzhou local agricultural products business.
