南宁市旅游服务业标准化现状与措施建议

The Current Situation and Suggestions of Standardization of Tourism Service Industry in Nanning City

标准化是旅游服务业高效有序发展、提升旅游发展和服务质量水平、参与市场竞争的重要技术手段。文章在分析国内旅游标准化现状的基础上,总结了一些南宁市旅游标准化存在的问题,并由此提出了构建南宁特色的旅游服务标准体系并不断完善、积极主动参与制修订旅游服务标准、强化旅游服务标准的实施和评价、培育区域旅游新标准品牌等意见,以期为提升南宁旅游产业的质量和服务水平提供参考与借鉴。

Standardization is an important technical means for efficient and orderly development of tourism service industry, enhancement of tourism development and service quality, and participation in market competition. Based on the analysis of the status quo of domestic tourism standardization, this article summarizes some problems existing in the standardization of tourism in Nanning and puts forward some suggestions, including to construct a tourism service standard system with the characteristic of Nanning, to continuously improve and actively take part in the revision of tourism service standards, to strengthen the implementation of service standards and evaluation, and to development regional tourism brand new standards, etc. The purpose is to provide reference for improving the quality and service levels of Nanning tourism industry.
