基于生物钟的学校作息时间表的合理设置

摘要 学校作息时间表的设置与学生学习效果、生活行为紧密相关,文章旨在研究学校作息时间表的设置对学生学习效果的影响。结果表明:遵从生物钟的季节性调节设置符合学生节律行为的不同版本的作息时间表更利于学生的学习效果。课时频次与一定范围内的课时长度相比,课时频次对学生学习效果的影响较大,课时频次越高,对学生学习效果的消极影响越大。希望给学校制定合理、优化的作息时间表,给学生全面、个性化发展的机会提供参考。 The school work-rest schedule is closely related to learning effect and life behavior of students. This paper aims to research the influence of the school work-rest schedule on learning effect of students. The results show that according to the seasonal adjustment of the biological clock, setting different timetable for students' rhythmic behavior is more conducive to students' learning effect. Compared with the length of time in a certain range, the weekly frequency of teaching pays a more salient role in students’ learning effect. The higher the frequency of class, the greater the negative impact on the students' learning effect. It is hoped that the school will formulate a reasonable and optimized work-rest schedule, and provide students with comprehensive and personalized development opportunities.
