摘要
通过试验确定低pH酶制剂最适工艺条件,低pH酶制剂在酒精生产中应用可以降低硫酸及液碱的用量,进而降低生产成本。
In the paper, the optimal process parameters of low PH enzyme preparation are determined by the experiment, and the application of low pH enzyme in alcohol production can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid and liquid alkali, thus reducing the production cost.
