摘要
介绍了一种采用中红外检测白酒主要化学指标的方法。使用特定的中红外设备,利用中红外吸收分析手段建立吸收光谱与白酒样主要化学指标相关性的预测模型,以快速检测确定白酒样主要化学指标。为白酒样主要化学指标的快速检测提供了依据。
This paper introduces a method to detect the main flavor compounds of Baijiu by mid infrared. In this method, a prediction model for correlation between absorption spectra and main flavor compounds of the Baijiu samples was established by using mid infrared absorption equipment and mid infrared absorption analysis method, so as to quickly detect and identify main flavor compounds of the Baijiu samples.This method provides a basis for the rapid detection of main flavor compounds of the Baijiu samples.
