报道了湖北麦冬Liriope spicata var.prolifera与中国药典品种麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus的免疫促进作用性近似,均能极显著增加小鼠的脾脏重量,显著增强小鼠的碳粒廓清作用和对抗由环磷酰胺引起的白细胞数下降。

This paper dealsd with comparative study on the immune fuction of the tuberous root of Liriope spicata var. prolifera and Ophiopogon japonicus, The results showed that the aqueous extract of both species mentioned above could increase obviously the spleen weight(immunity organ) of mice, enhance the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in mice and antagonize remarkably the leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamide.
