摘要 目的研究不同的加工方法对德庆何首乌饮片中二苯乙烯苷和蒽醌类成分质量分数的影响,为德庆地区何首乌的产地加工提供个性化的指导。方法选取生长年限相同且大小均一的新鲜何首乌块根,分别切成8 mm和12 mm的块状和片状,采用晒干和60、70、80℃烘干的干燥方法获得何首乌样品,用高效液相色谱法分别测定其中二苯乙烯苷、游离型蒽醌、结合型蒽醌的质量分数,对不同加工方法饮片的结果进行主成分分析综合评价。结果各处理组有效成分质量分数呈现规律性变化,二苯乙烯苷和游离型蒽醌质量分数以12 mm片状晒干处理组最高,结合型蒽醌总量以12 mm片状80℃烘干处理组最高,并且12 mm片状晒干处理组的综合评分最高。结论不同加工方法对何首乌内在成分有一定的影响,通过主成分分析法可有效优选出适宜的产地加工方法。 Objective To investigate the effects of different processing methods on the contents of stilbene glycosides and anthraquinones in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,and to provide individualized guidance for the processing of P. multiflorum in Deqing of Guangdong province. Methods The roots of fresh P. multiflorum with the same growth age and uniform size were selected and cut into 8 mm and 12 mm of block and flake,made with sun-dried and 60,70,80 ℃ drying method. The contents of stilbene glycosides,free type anthraquinones and binding type anthraquinones were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and then the results of different processing methods were evaluated comprehensively by Principal Component Analysis(PCA). Results The content of active ingredients varied regularly with different treatments. The contents of stilbene glucosides and free type anthraquinone were highest in 12 mm flake drying treatment group,the total amount of combined anthraquinone was highest in 12 mm flake 80 ℃drying treatment group, and the overall score of 12 mm flake drying treatment group was highest.Conclusion The different processing methods have certain influence on the components of P. multiflorum,and the suitable processing method in production places could be optimized by PCA.
