某三甲医院加强冷链药品规范化管理实践

Practice of standardized management of cold chain drugs in a 3A grade hospital

目的探讨提升医院冷链药品规范化管理水平的方法,保障患者用药安全。方法从设备管理、药品采购、验收入库、储存养护、院内流通等环节,对我院冷链药品管理现状加以分析,查找问题,持续改进,总结经验。结果通过严格执行冷链药品验收、优化冷链设备温控报警流程、改进温度登记表、规范冷链药品发放管理、修订和完善冷链药品管理制度等手段,有效提高了我院冷链药品规范化管理水平,保证了药品质量安全。结论我院在对冷链药品管理工作中通过不断反思和学习同行经验,持续改进,确保了药品质量,提高了管理水平。

Objective To explore the method of improving standardized management of cold chain drugs and guarantee the quality of drugs on behalf of patients. Methods The current situation of cold chain management in our hospital was analyzed in respect of equipment management, procurement and acceptance, storage and maintenance, and transportation and dispensing. The shortcomings were found out and discussed for further improvement. Results The management level and quality and safety of cold chain drugs were improved effectively after several measures executed, including strict implementation of the cold chain drug acceptance, optimization of cold chain equipment temperature control alarm process,improvement of temperature registration form, standardization of cold chain drug dispensing, and facilitation of the cold chain drug management rules and regulations. Conclusion In the management of cold chain drugs, we keep on self-questioning and constantly communicating with counterparts for ensuring the quality of drugs and improving the management level.
