中药汤剂联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎患者对其血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及VCAM-1水平的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal decoction combined with fluticasone propionate on serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and VCAM-1 levels in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的研究中药汤剂联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎的效果以及对血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及VCAM-1水平的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2017年4月在我院治疗的变应性鼻炎患者94例,分别为对照组和观察组,每组患者47例。观察组患者使用中药汤剂联合丙酸氟替卡松进行治疗,对照组患者仅使用丙酸氟替卡松进行治疗,15天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,观察两组患者疗效,血清Th1/Th2细胞因子、VCAM-1以及不良反应之间的差异。结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,观察组患者的血清IL-4、IL-10以及VCAM-1的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2、IFN-γ以及VCAM-1表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者之间的安全性的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药汤剂联合丙酸氟替卡松对于变应性鼻炎患者效果显著,同时对患者免疫功能以及复发均有显著改善,加之其可靠的安全性,值得在临床工作中进行推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal decoction combined with fluticasone propionate on serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and VCAM-1 levels in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 94 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from February2016 to April 2017 were divided into control group and study group randomly, 47 cases in each group. The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with fluticasone propionate treatment, patients in the control group only with fluticasone propionate treatment, 15 days for 1 course. The efficacy of the two groups, the difference between the serum Th1/Th2 cytokines, VCAM-1 and adverse reaction were observed. Results The effect of the observation group（93.61%） was significantly higher than the control group（72.34%）. The patients in the study group, serum IL-4, IL-10 and VCAM-1 expression was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, IL-2, IFN-γ and the expression level of VCAM-1 was higher than that of control group（P〉0.05）,while there was no statistical significance（P〈0.05） in the difference of the safety between the two groups. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with fluticasone propionate effect on allergic rhinitis patients significantly, at the same time for patients with immune function and after relapse were significantly improved, and its safety, it is worthy of promotion in clinical work.
