变应性鼻炎与台风天气相关性调查

The investigation of the correlation between allergic rhinitis and typhoon weather

目的调查中山市变应性鼻炎的发病与台风天气的相关性。方法在广东中山市通过气象资料确定典型台风登陆时间,以台风过境当天及前后各一天为台风期间,并设置非台风期间作为对照组,在台风期间及非台风期间,分别调查变应性鼻炎及全部门诊患者就诊人次,并分别计算其比率。结果 2017年8月到9月中山市发生了三次台风。台风期间的9天,变应性鼻炎及门诊患者就诊人次分别为517和2128人次,变应性鼻炎患者占全部门诊比例为24.3%;非台风期间的9天,变应性鼻炎及门诊患者就诊人次分别为579和2671人次,变应性鼻炎患者占全部门诊比例为21.7%;台风期间变应性鼻炎患者就诊人次比值明显高于非台风期,P<0.05。结论台风不良气候可能影响变应性鼻炎的发生,台风与变应性鼻炎的发病具有一定的相关性。

Objective Investigation on the relationship between the incidence of allergic rhinitis and typhoons weather in Zhongshan city. Method Determining the landing time of typical typhoons in Zhongshan, Guangdong by means of meteorological data.Taking typhoon day as the investigation team on the day and the day before and after the typhoon. The non typhoon period was set up as a control group. To investigate the number of patients with allergic rhinitis and the total outpatient visits during the typhoons and the non-typhoons. The ratio of allergic rhinitis to the total number of visits was compared between the two groups. Result Three typhoons occurred in Zhongshan from August 2017 to September. During the nine days of typhoon, patients with allergic rhinitis and outpatient visits were 517 and 2128, and the proportion of patients with allergic rhinitis was 24.3%. During the nine days of non typhoon period,The visits of allergic rhinitis and outpatients were 579 and 2671 respectively,and the proportion of patients with allergic rhinitis was21.7%. The ratio of patients to patients with allergic rhinitis during typhoon was significantly higher than that of non-typhoon period.The ratio of visits to patients with allergic rhinitis during typhoon was significantly higher than that during non typhoon season. P0.05.Conclusion The bad climate of typhoons may affect the occurrence of allergic rhinitis, which has a certain correlation with the incidence of allergic rhinitis.
