电子束焊人字齿轮的轮齿变形分析与修正

摘要 以电子束焊工艺为例,对合体人字齿轮进行直径方向变形后的轮齿型线分析,最终解决无退刀槽人字齿轮加工难题。主要依据齿廓渐开线、基圆、曲率半径、压力角、螺旋角的关系,研究了齿轮直径变形状态下齿廓、螺旋线的变化规律;分析了直径变化对压力角、螺旋角的影响,以及螺旋角变化对齿廓的二次影响;推导出变形计算公式,并计算出因直径变化导致齿廓的复合变形量和螺旋线变形量,为焊前磨齿反向补偿提供依据;最后通过实例验证了以上分析。计算方法并不局限于电子束焊工艺。 Taking the electron beam welding process as an example,the tooth profile analysis of the split type herringbone gear is carried out after the deformation of the diameter direction. Finally,the problem of the machining of the herringbone gear without the retreating slot is solved. Through the relation of tooth involute,base circle,radius of curvature,pressure angle and helix angle,the change law of tooth profile and spiral line in the condition of gear diameter deformation is studied,and the influence of the change of diameter on pressure angle,spiral angle and the second influence of the change of spiral angle on the tooth shape are analyzed. The formula for calculating deformation is derived,and the composite deformation amount and the composite deformation and tooth helical line deformation amount of the tooth profile due to change of diameter are calculated,the basis for the reverse compensation of the grinding teeth before welding is provided. Finally,the above analysis is verified by an example,and the calculation method is not limited to the electron beam welding process.
