黟县林业技术推广创新存在的问题及对策

Existing Problems in and Coping Strategies for Forestry Technology Promotion and Innovation in Yixian County

林业技术推广与创新对林业现代化发展具有极大推动作用。笔者结合自身从事林业科技推广工作实践,剖析了黟县在林业科技推广与创新中存在的问题,并提出了健全技术推广体系、加大科技投入、加快科技队伍建设与人才培养等加强林业科技推广与创新的对策,以期为全县林业现代化发展提供科技支撑。

Forestry technology promotion and innovation has great promoting effects in the development of forestry modernization. In this paper, based on the practice in forestry technology promotion by the author, an analysis was made on the existing problems in forestry science and technology promotion and innovation in Yixian County and some coping strategies were put forward for strengthening forestry science and technology promotion and innovation including improving the technology promotion system, increasing sci -tech input, speeding up construction of a sci -tech team and talent cultivation so as to provide sci -tech support for development of forestry modernization in the county.
