摘要
介绍了用于"高分五号"卫星全谱段光谱成像仪的红探测器组件冷台面结构设计,为满足卫星八年工作寿命要求,通过冷台面结构材料匹配和卸载槽设计,利用有限元仿真对结构进行分析,获得了低应力的冷台面结构,并根据探测组件在轨工作剖面,完成了开关机300次试验验证,探测器开关机寿命满足卫星要求。
This paper introduces the structure design of cold table in TDI linear infrared detector assembly for GF-5 satellite multispectral imager.To meet the requirements of satellite eight years working life,through material matching design and unloading grooves design,using finite element software for simulation analysis,the cold table with low stress is obtained.According to on-orbit working profile,the detector had completed 300 on-off experiments,meeting the imager's requirements.
