饲料行业职业危害因素识别及防控措施研究

摘要 根据饲料行业的生产特点,从设备或装置、作业环境、人员活动以及人员生理心理活动等四个方面入手,分析总结出饲料行业的主要职业危害因素,并提出相应的危害识别方法,为防控饲料行业的职业危害因素提供理论依据。随后,针对分析总结出的饲料行业职业危害因素,从技术、管理以及应急三个层面,提出相应的防控措施,为防控饲料行业职业危害提供指导。 According to the production characteristics of feed industry,we analyzed the main occupational hazards of feed industry from four aspects including equipment,working environment,staff activities,and personnel physiological and psychological activities.The identification method of occupational hazards was introduced,providing basis for preventing and controlling the occupational hazards in the feed industry.Finally,based on the analysis of the occupational hazard factors,the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward from three levels including technology,management and emergency,so as to provide guidance for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in feed industry.
