摘要
旨在了解肉牛营养与饲料的国外研究进展,查阅并总结了2017年关于肉牛饲料营养的国外文献报道,从精饲料、粗饲料以及营养综合评价三个方面进行了综述。精饲料主要包括酒糟蛋白、油料籽实及饼粕类蛋白饲料和能量饲料,粗饲料包括禾本科、豆科牧草及农副产品等饲料,分析了精、粗饲料类型及其加工工艺对肉牛消化性能、生产性能、繁殖性能以及牛肉品质的影响;营养综合评价主要侧重于饲料营养水平和甲烷排放的研究。通过总结和分析肉牛饲料营养的国外研究成果,为我国肉牛业的可持续发展提供借鉴。
The foreign literatures in 2017 were analyzed and summarized to know the research progress of feed nutrition in beef cattle.The concentrate,roughage,and comprehensive evaluation of feed nutrition were involved.The concentrate included protein feed（e.g.,distiller grain,oil seed,and oil cake）and energy feed.The roughage included gramineae,leguminous forage,and agricultural products.Feed analysis focused on the effects of concentrate and roughage types and their processing technic on digestibility,production,and reproductive performance,as well as meat quality of beef cattle.The comprehensive evaluationof nutrition mainly focused on the study of feed nutrition level and methane emission.Thus,the review provided reference for the sustainable development of beef cattle industry in China.
