Exhaust Gas Treatment Method and Engineering Application in Paint Industry

以A涂料生产厂为研究对象,研究其挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的排放特点。分别从含尘废气和含溶剂废气系统进行生产设备及废气处理设施整改设计,使其VOCs排放达到现有排放标准要求,并为其他涂料生产企业的废气处理提供具有参考价值的减排方法与经验。

Taking A coating plant as the research object,the characteristics of volatile organic compounds（VOCs）emission were studied.The production equipment together with the dust-laden waste gas and solvent-containing waste gas treatment system was redesigned respectively.After improvement,the main outlet gas reached the existing emission standards for VOCs.It also provided valuable reference about emission reduction and exhaust gas treatment for other paint plants.
