摘要
根据醋酸纤维素的物理性质,结合原有生产线上游物料的实际情况,对醋酸纤维生产线干燥工段进行了技术改造。选用广泛用于化工行业的回转圆筒式干燥机代替原生产线的履带式干燥机,同时通过工艺条件的优化设计,确定了回转圆筒式干燥机的关键技术参数。经技术改造后,现有生产线运行平稳,生产能力由原来的7 500 t/a提升至10 000 t/a,本技术改造投资少,已取得显著的经济效益。
According to the physical properties of cellulose acetate and the upstream process operation conditions in the actual production line,the technical reform project has been carried out for the drying unit.Instead of the original crawler-type dryer,the rotary drum dryer which is widely used in chemical industry has been selected as the main equipment of drying unit.Meantime,through the optimization of the process conditions,the key technical parameters of rotary drum drying machine have been determined.After this technical reform,the production line runs smoothly and the production capacity has been increased from 7 500 t/a to 10 000 t/a.The total cost of the technological reform is low,but it brings about remarkable economic benefits.
