摘要
研究对比了两种吸附材料疏水硅胶与活性炭在油气回收装置现场应用效果,对装置出口浓度、吸附量、脱附真空度等参数进行了长期的检测对比,结果表明,疏水硅胶与活性炭表现出较好的协同增效作用,二者联用形成的混合吸附剂具有更高的吸附量,油气更容易被脱附,在使用的4年多时间中吸附量没有减少,表明其使用寿命更长。根据检测期间吸附罐出口浓度变化和周围异味情况的分析,提出在设计吸附罐和选择吸附剂时,应留有较大的吸附裕量,吸附罐进气时间设置应大于其再生时间,应选择更易脱附的吸附剂,并给出了判断吸附剂失效和更换的标准。
Performance of hydrophobic silica and acti- vated carbon used in the recovery of oil vapor were investigated. Parameters such as the effluent concen- tration, the adsorption amount and the vacuum degree were monitoredand compared. The results indicated that the hydrophobic silica and the activated carbon exhibitedexcellent synergistic effect. The mixture of those two materials showedahigh adsorption capacity, ease to desorb, long service life suggested by limited- lossofadsorption capacityover years. Based on analy- sis of the effluent gas concentration and odor around the storage tank, proposalswere presented, including- sufficient adsorption margin, longer intake time than the regeneration time, and choice of adsorbent with higher desorption ability. In addition to those, the judgment criterion of the deactivationand replacement of adsorbents was proposed according to the research.
