将炼油化工生产装置仪表自动控制系统与信息技术、互联网技术、监控技术等结合,打造仪控设备健康管理平台,自动采集全公司主要控制系统的自诊断信息和重要的运行状态参数、重要电源模块报警等报警信号,智能判断重点关注仪表报警,并及时推送报警信息,实现了仪表控制系统24 h智能化连续巡检监控,在仪表故障还未造成生产扰动的情况下,主动进行预防性维护,有效提升仪表设备本质安全。

The instrument automatic control system of refinery and chemical plantswas combined with infor- mation technology, Internet technology and monito- ring technologyto build a health management platform. The management platfrom automatically collect- ed self - diagnosis informationof the company＇s main control system, information of the important operating state parameters, and the alarm signals of the impor- tant power module. It made intelligent judgment for instrument alarms and identified ones that needed to be processed, and pushed the alaml infomlation in time, realizing the intelligent continuous inspection and monitoring of the instrument control system for 24 hours. The platform could take the initiative to carry out preventive maintenance before the instrument failure caused production disturbance, effectively impro- ving the equipment inherent safety.
