摘要
结合CSR底部砰击载荷作用下PSM最大剪力计算的规范公式,基于梁理论推导出PSM最大剪力的计算公式。以某型成品油船为例,分别采用规范公式法、梁理论法和梁系软件,计算底部砰击载荷作用下船底实肋板的最大剪力,比较3种方法的计算结果,分析其适用性,认为规范公式法和梁理论法只适用于单跨梁结构的PSM,梁系软件可适用于不同复杂程度的PSM;规范公式法计算的结果较保守,梁理论和梁系软件计算的结果接近,建议单跨梁结构的PSM采用本文推导的公式计算,复杂的PSM采用梁系软件或者三维有限元软件计算。
The Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers( CSR) provides several methods to calculate the greatest shear force of primary supporting members( PSM) due to bottom slamming loads. The calculation formula of the greatest shear force of PSM was deduced based on the beam theory. Taking a certain type of product oil tanker as an example,the rule formula method,the beam theory method and beam structural analysis software were used to calculate the greatest shear force of the bottom floor. The results of the three methods were compared to analyze their applicability. It was found that the rule formula method and the beam theory method are only applicable to the PSM with single span. Beam structural analysis software can be applied to the complicated PSM; the results of the rule formula method are more conservative and the results of the beam theory method are close to these of beam structural analysis software. It is suggested that the PSM with single span can be calculated by the formulas deduced in the paper and the complicated PSM should be calculated by using beam structural analysis software or three-dimensional finite element software.
