摘要
为有效将中小型集装箱船舱口围顶板精度偏差管控在允许范围内,尤其是支撑块位置的水平精度,采用分区域分阶段控制施工精度的方法,以实现舱口围整体装配成型,最大限度地减少舱口盖与舱口围支撑块之间的安装间隙偏差,提高报验一次通过率,以2 500 TEU集装箱船为例,在舱口围制作、总组、搭载各个作业阶段采取有效的精度控制后,一次性满足了交验要求并缩短了建造周期。
To effective control the level of top plate of hatch coaming for small and medium-sized container ship,the method of local controlling the construction precision was adopted in the sub-stage,so as to realize the integrated assembly of the hatch coaming at one time,minimize mounting clearance deviation between hatch cover and hatch coaming support block and improve the rate of passing once applied for examination. Taking the 2 500 TEU container ship as example,after the effective precision control was adopted in stages of the hatch coaming construction,general assembly and operation,the requirements of inspection were met at one time with shortened construction cycle.
