摘要
为提高国产低压拖缆机的运行稳定性,降低故障发生率,从拖缆机液压系统的构成和工作原理出发,对拖缆机液压系统在调试过程和实船应用过程中出现的典型故障进行分析,给出相应的解决方案和优化措施;并提出拖缆机设计和使用维护的建议。
In order to improve the operational stability of domestic low pressure towing machine,and reduce the failure rate,starting from the component and working principle of hydraulic system of towing machine,the typical malfunction of hydraulic system during the debugging stage and full scale ship application were analyzed. The corresponding solution and optimization measures were put forward,as well as suggestions of design,use and maintenance.
