摘要
针对潜液泵管路共振问题,运用有限元法对一种潜液泵进行预应力模态分析,根据分析结果对潜液泵管路的支撑形式进行优化设计。结果表明,优化设计避免潜液泵工作频率附近主管路的共振,采用振型优化方法可有效降低细长管路的共振对系统的不利影响。
Submerged pump structure is made up of slim pipes. When submerged pump work at rated rev,the resonance will happen at main pipes. Aiming at the pipes resonance problem of submerged pump,the preload modal of a submerged pump was analyzed by finite element method. Support method of the submerged pump pipes was optimized according to the results of modal analysis. The result showed that the optimal design avoids the resonance of the main pipes near the operating frequency of the submerged pump; the vibration mode optimization method can effectively reduce the disadvantageous effect of the resonance of slender pipeline on the system.
