摘要
针对某型舰用柴油主机的排气管漏烟故障,不改变原排气管基本结构,借鉴相关高温烟气工程经验,制定排气管结构改进方案,利用ANSYS软件对密封结构进行仿真计算,分析改进前后卡箍在收紧过程中结构的变形,结果表明,同样载荷下,改进后的密封结构变形量明显大幅降低。依据改进方案加工密封卡箍接头,并进行密封性试验,结果表明,改进后的排气管未出现排烟异常故障,验证了改进方案准确。
The cause of the exhaust pipe smoke leakage of a certain type diesel engine was analyzed,on the basis of not changing the basic structure of the original exhaust pipe,the improvement scheme of the exhaust pipe structure was formulated by drawing on the experience of related high temperature flue gas engineering application. The seal structure was simulated by ANSYS,the deformation of the clamp structure in the tightening process was analyzed. The results showed that under the same load,the deformation of the improved seal structure is significantly reduced. The seal clamp joint was processed according to the improvement scheme. The results of sealing test verified that the improved exhaust pipe has no abnormal exhaust fume.
