沉船打捞作业时域内吊缆张力计算 被引量:2

摘要 应用水动力学分析软件AQWA对静水中打捞沉船的一个过程进行动态模拟,并基于时域响应分析方法,计算得到不同沉船重量及不同收缆速度对应的时域吊缆张力。结果表明:沉船打捞收缆速度较低时,若船舶所受浮力与浮吊船收缆速度一定,则浮吊船收缆之后的钢缆张力将随着沉船重量增加而增加;沉船重量只改变钢缆张力的大小,不影响钢缆张力在时域内的变化趋势;在绞缆机"突停"时,浮吊船的吊缆张力会达到最大值,因此,在对打捞钢缆进行选型时,需要考虑绞车突停的情况而加粗钢缆尺寸。 The hydrodynamics analysis software AQWA was used for the dynamic simulation of salvaging a wreck in still water. Based on the time-domain response analysis,the tension in the time domain was calculated for different weights of wrecks and different speeds of retracting cable. The results showed that in the process of salvaging,when the speed of retracting cable is slow,if the buoyancy of ship is constant,and the speed of retracting cable is constant as well,the value of cable tension of floating crane increases with the weight of ship after retracting cable; the weight of wreck can only influences the tension of cable but not the change trend of cable tension in the time domain; when winch stops suddenly,the cable tension of floating crane reaches its maximum value. So that in selection of steel cable,it is necessary to consider the case of a sudden stop bold steel cable size.
