摘要
通过熔融淬冷法制备了掺Yb的(80%-x)TeO_2-20%WO_(3-x) PbO(x=0%,10%和20%)的碲酸盐激光玻璃,通过拉2 3曼光谱、透过光谱和荧光衰减曲线,研究了随着氧化铅含量的增加,玻璃的光学性能变化。结果表明,随着氧化铅的含量增加,玻璃的发射截面从1.24 pm增加到1.31 pm,荧光寿命从0.70 ms先增加到0.78 ms后减小到0.77 ms。60%TeO_2-20%WO-20%Pb O的玻璃有望用作制备大发射截面的固体激光增益介质。
Series of ( 80% - x) TEO2-20% Wo3-x PbO (x = 0%, 10 %and 20 %) tellurite laser glasses doped with Yb203 were prepared by melt-quenching method. Their optical properties were investigated by the Raman spectra, absorption spectrum and the fluorescence decay curves, respectively. The results show that with the increase of PbO, the emission cross-sections increase from 1.24 pm2 to 1.31 pm2, the fluorescence lifetime increases from 0.70 ms to 0.78 ms firstly, then, decreases to 0.77ms. These properties indicate that this tellurite glass of 60% TeO2 -20%WO3-20% PbO may be potentially used as Yb203 doped large emission cross-section gain medium for solid laser.
