摘要
分析了重载车辆液力减速器的结构、工作原理及其基本参数,依据设计准则,在合理选定工作腔型后,通过参数计算设计了重载车辆液力减速器关键部件中的转子和定子,最后利用三维建模软件UG建立转子和定子模型图,以期为重载车辆液力减速器开发设计提供参考。
The structure, working principle and basic parameters of heavy duty vehicle hydraulic reducer are analyzed.According to the design criterion, the rotor and stator in the key parts of heavy duty vehicle hydraulic reducer are designed by parameter calculation after the reasonable selection of working chamber. Finally, the model diagram of rotor and stator is established by using the 3D modeling software UG, in order to provide a reference for the development and design of heavy duty vehicle hydraulic reducer.
